 Abstract 

The Federal constitutional law on the state emblem of the Russian Federation regulated the rules of mandatory and permitted use of the state emblem of the Russian Federation, systematizing them through the prism of official reproduction, placement, and placement of the state emblem of the Russian Federation. Each of these methods is not deciphered in the Federal constitutional law, but it has its own specific content. The regions have their own position in determining the main directions of using the coat of arms of the subject of the Russian Federation. Being within the boundaries of a single legal space, they, on the one hand, reflect the General trends in legal regulation and implementation of the mechanism of "use" provided for by Federal legislation, on the other – the thesis "use of the coat of arms of the subject of the Russian Federation" has an extraordinary content, develops and concretizes within each region independently. Detailed regulation of the use of the coat of arms of a Federal subject is reflected in regional laws on the coat of arms/state symbols and may differ significantly in different regions.
